Setup

Nextiva is easy to setup and get going. They offer the abiltiy to choose your own local area code and also let you choose your own number from a long list of choices. You can be up and running in a matter of minutes.

Sending and Receiving Faxes
Like with most Internet Fax services Nextiva lets you send and receive faxes through your email client including Microsoft Outlook and Outlook express. You can even use Gmail, Yahoo! Mail or any online mail service.

Online Faxing
In addtion to using your email client Nextiva offers a back end that allows for easy storage, sorting, printing, forwarding of yoru faxes from any Internet enabled device with a secure login. The back end also lets you use folders for ease of storing and finding important faxes.

Pricing
First, there is no setup fee. Nextiva offers multiple plans with very attractive pricing for high volume fax uers. If you need up to 500 faxes a month you’ll pay as little as $6.96 a month (one year in advance). That is near the top for pages-per-dollar.

They also offer a $12.95 (1,000 pages per month) and $29.95 (3,000 pages per month).
